Committee on Safety Virtual Sessions May 11-15, 2020

The Committee on Safety Annual Meeting has been will not be held in Richmond, Virginia, in May 2020. The next in-person meeting of the committee will be in 2021.

During the week of May 11, 2020, the committee will hold virtual sessions to enable committee discussion and to allow subcommittee work to continue. Below is a schedule for the virtual sessions – there will be two sessions each day at 11:00 AM Eastern 2:00 PM Eastern. Information on registering for the GoToWebinar will be posted shortly.

  • Monday, May 11: 11:00 AM-1:00 PM – Plenary opening session
  • Monday, May 11: 2:00 PM-4:00 PM – TZD plenary session
  • Tuesday, May 12: 11:00 AM-1:00 PM – HSIP plenary session
  • Tuesday, May 12: 2:00 PM-4:00 PM – Roundtable
  • Wednesday, May 13: 11:00 AM-1:00 PM – TZD Subcommittee meeting
  • Wednesday, May 13: 2:00 PM-4:00 PM – Technical Publications Subcommittee meeting
